Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and acrylics with precision and care
- Deliver professional beauty therapy services such as facials, waxing, and other specialised treatments as required
- Apply makeup for clients for special occasions or personalised consultations
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and offering expert advice on beauty routines and products
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference
- Promote salon services and products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised and maintained to the highest standards
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with relevant certifications or qualifications
- Strong makeup application skills with an eye for colour coordination and style
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Outstanding communication skills to understand client needs and provide tailored advice
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure flawless treatment delivery and hygiene standards
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a friendly, professional demeanour
