Sous Chef Wanted – Join Our Friendly, Fast-Paced Kitchen Team
We’re looking for a positive, reliable and team-focused Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen.
What we offer:
- Full-time position (part-time hours considered on request)
- Ideally a permanent role, but we would consider a seasonal position until the end of October
- No evening shifts – our kitchen operates 10am–5pm
- A fast-paced environment using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Full creative input with chefs having control of daily specials
- A supportive team with a positive atmosphere and great energy
The role:
- Working alongside 1-2 chefs during the week and 2-3 at weekends
- Weekend availability required, although regular weekends off can be arranged
- We are open 7 days a week, closing only for 3 days at Christmas and New Year’s Day
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous kitchen experience in a similar role
- Thrives in a busy service environment
- Has a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Takes pride in producing quality food consistently
