We want you to be part of our excellent team as a key point of contact with customers.
We are a looking for a talented, pro-active, motivated administrator looking to broaden skills and knowledge within the motor industry. This will be a varied role for the successful candidate, working in a company where employees are the heart and soul of the business delivering the highest level of customer service to all our customers. About The Role
Key Responsibilities

Champion an outstanding customer service experience across our service and parts departments.

Efficiently manage vehicle bookings and coordinate courtesy car arrangements.

Collaborate closely with our workshop team, ensuring all job card requirements are met.

Oversee the precise ordering and inventory management of parts stock from manufacturers, ensuring availability for technicians.

Return warranty parts in strict accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Actively promote and sell our range of products and services to customers.
What You'll Bring

At least one year of experience within the motor industry, with relevant role experience preferred.

IT proficiency and a full, valid UK driving licence are essential.

Franchise motor trade experience is desirable, though not essential.
