We are looking for a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a supportive, warm school community in North Northamptonshire. In this role, you will be the champion for children who need extra help, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You don't need years of classroom experience—what matters most is your heart, your resilience, and your commitment to nurturing young minds.
Experience of working with pupils at varying levels of attainment is desirable, alongside knowledge of the core subject within the curriculum for Early Years to Key Stage 2.
There would be an option for either a daily supply role or a long-term position within the school, supporting a number of pupils within the class.
The ideal Teaching Assistant should:
- Have experience working as a Early Years, Key Stage 1 or 2 Class TA
- Be flexible and patient
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
- Be committed to work full-time
- If no experience passionate about Education
