We are currently looking for an experienced bar manager to lead our team at The Castle Hotel Aberystwyth. We are a lively, local bar and 4-star hotel situated close to the sea front, harbour and marina in Aberystwyth.
Previous experience working within a hotel environment would be advantageous as you will often be welcoming and helping guests, as well as dealing with some of the day to day hotel administration work.
You will also need the following attributes;
- Friendly and enthusiastic
- Work well both as part of a team & independently
- Ensure every customer receives fantastic service.
- Well-presented and polite
- Able to train and manage a small team of staff
- Keep the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar to a high standard
- A knowledge of cellar management
