To deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years. To ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others. You will train alongside a team of long-standing qualified staff and be able to learn skills within day to day practice, while also supporting the children’s play, learning and development. To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development. To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Deputy Nursery Manager/Nursery Manager. To complete all academic aspects of the apprenticeship, which will lead to a nationally recognised qualification, that is fully transferable to other employers.
While taking part in your apprenticeship you'll be assigned a dedicated assessor who will visit you regularly, assessing the work you are doing, providing recognition for your progress and guidance on how you can improve to ensure that you're on track in your desire to become a qualified Nursery Practitioner.
