The Role
You will be responsible for delivering excellent food quality in our Brasserie & Bar and during many of our corporate and private events.
- Proactively contribute to the day-to-day operations.
- Work as a team to deliver an excellent experience for our guests.
- Report directly to your line manager
- Manage and execute a fresh food menu alongside a talented team
- Order and control stock levels
- Manage junior members of staff and monitor their work load and productivity
- Contribute to the completion of Health and safety documentation on a daily basis
- Build good relationships and positive communication channels with the wider team and suppliers
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ years sous chef experience management
- Operational experience working in a multi-faceted business
- Catering experience
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Good understanding of and experience working with MS Office and stock management systems
- Friendly and approachable, with a positive and flexible attitude to work
- Used to working under your own initiative, as a team and on your own
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
