Our Careers and Employability team provide specialist support alongside curriculum teams to ensure students can develop their employability skills, participate in meaningful work experiences, and understand the wealth of career pathways available to them.
Sectors - Service Industries (Hair & Beauty, Hospitality & Catering, Travel & Tourism), Business & Accounting, Sport & Uniformed Public Services and Health & Early Years
This exciting role will include:
- Helping students navigate their career journeys and develop valuable employability skills.
- Assisting students with UCAS applications
- Supporting students with work placements
- Administration of work placements and T Level Industrial placements.
If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you:
- Knowledge of the education system and UK qualifications
- Experience of engaging with students to support their journey through college and beyond
- Experienced Careers Professional (L4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice or L6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development)
- Experience of working with MIS systems (or excellent IT skills)
- Great team working!

Annual salary: circa £32,600 per annum
Hours: full time, 37 hours per week, full year, 52.14 weeks, permanent contract
