Responsibilities

- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance with reservations, services, and local attractions.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in resolving any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records as required.
Skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Strong guest services skills, demonstrating a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
- Proficient in phone etiquette, ensuring clear and polite communication at all times.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
