HGV Class 1 Flatbed Driver – Ashbourne
Specialised Driver Solutions Ltd are recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Flatbed Driver on behalf of our client based in Ashbourne.
The role involves delivering concrete blocks to customer sites, construction sites, and commercial locations. Drivers must be confident with strapping, load security, and safe site deliveries.
Duties include:
- Driving Class 1 flatbed vehicles
- Delivering concrete blocks and building materials
- Securing loads safely with straps/chains
- Completing vehicle checks and paperwork
- Working professionally with customers and site staff
- Nights out when required
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 licence
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Previous flatbed experience preferred
- Good knowledge of load security
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
