The Golf House Club Elie is an established Golf Club located in the idyllic village of Elie in the East Neuk. With a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our members, guests, and visitors, we are gearing up for an exciting relaunch of the bar and catering provision and are seeking enthusiastic people to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Bar and Front of House Staff with full and variable hours contracts. The ideal candidates will be passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers. If you have a friendly and engaging personality, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences both for food and drinks
Delivery of food and drinks orders.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bar or similar hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong multitasking abilities in a high-pressure environment.
