Senior Children's Residential Support Worker
£37,698 per annum. Full time hours - 40 per week. Shifts & Sleep-ins: 3 per week on average. Part time hours - 30 per week.
Please note you must hold a full driving licence as you'll be expected to drive company vehicles. In addition, due to the nature of the role, candidates must be at least 21 years old.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting young people with daily routines, education and appointments
- Creating a normal, homely environment (cooking, shopping, routines)
- Planning and taking part in activities and days out
- Leading shifts, guiding colleagues and supporting the day-to-day running of the home
- Conducting staff supervision, on-call support and maintaining care records and plans
- It’s a role that balances practical care, leading a shift and positive experiences for the young people in our care.

About You
- Experience working with children and young people in residential childcare
- Ability to lead shifts and support colleagues
- Strong resilience, empathy and communication skills Experience creating and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
- Full UK Driving License (automatic license acceptable – company cars provided)
- Level 4 Residential Childcare qualification (Desirable)
