Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant (Centralised Facility) - Crawley, West Sussex
Monday - Friday - 1.30pm - 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturday 9am to 1pm

If so, you could be a great candidate and should consider the opportunity of joining us to train as a Dispensing Assistant at a centralised facility bringing about new and more efficient ways of dispensing medicines.
The job is fast paced - the day really does fly by! You will be involved in different work streams throughout the day as part of a team to achieve our goal of safely and promptness of supplying medication.
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Pharmacy Hub and Spoke department. This is a relatively new and expanding area within a well-established, family-run company, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within the role.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Replenishing and managing stock levels
- Accurate stock picking
- Supporting multiple functions using a robotic dispensing machine
- Using IT systems and automation machines to assemble medication packs
- Undertake all necessary housekeeping duties so that dispensary and other operational areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Work as part of a team and actively demonstrate a willingness to support and achieve the overall business objectives.

- Reliable and committed to maintaining high standards
- Able to work to targets and under time pressure
- Previous production or pharmacy experience is helpful but not required – full training provided
