Chamarel Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Live-In Care Worker to join our supported living service in Cambridge, supporting adults to live safely and independently. This is a full-time live-in role offering a competitive rate of £125 per day, with accommodation and all bills included.
You will live on-site in shared accommodation alongside another live-in care worker, working together to provide consistent, around-the-clock support in a warm, homely environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing
- Assist residents in developing independent living skills, routines, and personal goals
- Support individuals with day-to-day tasks, personal care, and daily living
- Ensure safeguarding protocols are followed and professional boundaries maintained
- Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure high-quality outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a similar care or supported living role (preferred)
- A caring, patient, and reliable approach with a genuine commitment to person-centred values
- Right to work in the UK and availability to live on-site
- A clear enhanced DBS check (existing check preferred)
- Strong communication skills and empathy
