We are recruiting experienced Groundworkers / Wet Trade Handymen to join a school summer refurbishment project.
Duration: 5-6 weeks
Duties will include:
- Laying paving slabs and block paving
- Preparing sub-bases and carrying out groundwork
- Mixing and laying mortar
- Repairing and reinstating paved areas
- General external maintenance and wet trade works
- Assisting with other site duties as required
- Working alongside other trades to keep the project progressing efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Groundworker, Wet Trade Handyman, or similar
- Proven experience laying slabs, paving, and carrying out external groundwork
- Ability to work from drawings and to a high standard of finish
- Own tools and PPE
- Valid CSCS card (preferred)
- Good work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: £21.00-£23.00 per hour
