Come and join the Gardens team! As a Seasonal Gardener, you will be joining our dynamic team in delivering our mission by way of enhancing our guest's experience through the exceptional keeping of our immaculately maintained gardens. This is a practical hands-on role under the direction of our Head Gardener.
No two days are exactly the same and you could be working in a variety of areas across the Park, doing various gardening duties expected with the time of year and weather. You may also be required to assist with other general duties.
Some of the key qualities we are looking for include previous experience of working in a gardening role, having the stamina to be ‘on your feet’ throughout the day, be safety conscious with an eye for detail and holding a valid full UK driving licence.
Hours of Work
This is a seasonal position which includes weekends, school, and bank holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance and vary dependent on the time of year. Flexibility is required in order to meet the peak and off-peak demands of the business. Start times are generally 07:00/ 07:30 with variable shift times.
