Tulloch of Cummingston, an award-winning house builder based in Moray, is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in high-quality finishing, has a good eye for detail, and can work efficiently across new-build housing projects. The right person will be reliable, tidy, and able to work well as part of a wider site team, while also helping to support and mentor apprentices as they develop their trade.
The Role:
- Carry out internal and external painting and decorating on new-build homes
- Prepare surfaces to a high standard, including filling, sanding, caulking, priming and finishing
- Apply paints, stains and finishes neatly and consistently
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Support and mentor apprentices developing their skills in the trade
- Work closely with site management and other trades to help keep projects running smoothly
- Support a clean, safe and organised working environment
- A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
