Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
- Lead and motivate team members, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety protocols to maintain quality and compliance
- Manage staffing schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a positive dining experience for all patrons
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and kitchen equipment to ensure efficient operations
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Culinary experience including food production and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices such as serving guests and maintaining high service standards
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation
- Barista experience or bar service background is a plus for versatile beverage management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Experience in hotel or bar settings is advantageous but not required
