We are seeking a passionate and creative Events Manager to join our Marketing Team at Bishop Burton College. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing and events professional who thrives on delivering engaging, high-quality activity that supports student recruitment and enhances organisational reputation. You will be highly organised, innovative and confident, with a strong background in planning and delivering events alongside broader marketing and communications activity.
As an Events Manager, you will play a key role in leading the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of events, including open days, applicant events and promotional activities, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard and achieve maximum impact. You will also manage and support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, using insight and evaluation to inform continuous improvement. The role requires strong project management skills, the ability to work to deadlines and budgets, and confidence in using social media and marketing tools to engage key audiences.
You will work closely with colleagues across the College, including curriculum teams, Student Services and external partners, to ensure events and campaigns are aligned to recruitment priorities and institutional goals. The role also involves building effective relationships with schools, stakeholders and wider communities, contributing to a positive and consistent College brand experience.
You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking Marketing Team. You will contribute to a creative and supportive environment where ideas are valued, innovation is encouraged and high standards are consistently achieved.
