We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Stores and Compound Logistics Manager (Black Hat) based at Hinkley Point C.
Please note that whilst this is a site-based role, there will be the requirement to work within our off-site warehouses and locations on occasions.

As a Stores and Compound Logistics Manager, you will work as part of a multi-functional logistics team, overseeing operations across both Stores and Compounds, both on site and off site, to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of project requirements. You will lead and supervise the Stores and Compound team members, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with established processes, Safe Systems of Work, and company & HPC standards.
Key responsibilities include managing resource planning to meet operational demands, coordinating workforce allocation, and ensuring teams are suitably trained and equipped to perform their duties. You will oversee routine reporting, data collection, and performance analysis to support operational decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all crews maintain the required Emergency Response Roles and competencies, proactively identifying training gaps and implementing actions to maintain compliance and operational readiness. Through effective leadership, planning, and performance management, you will support the safe and efficient operation of logistics activities across the project.
What we can offer you:
Salary starting from £66,500.00 per annum
8.65% monthly bonus (associated with working at Hinkley Point C)
Monthly bus allowance or Travel and Lodge allowance allowance (iwhere applicable)
Working a 4 on 5 off, 5 on 4 off, 5 on 5 off shift rotation 6am - 6pm

Demonstrate previous management or supervisory experience
