We are looking For an individual that enjoys cooking breakfast/Brunch & pancakes

The Haystack Café is an independent coffee shop that up to covers 100 seats, these seats are always full, especially on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. (will need to be able to work under pressure).
Our main mission is to supply great tasting and humble brunch dishes along side the perfectly made coffee. The café design follows the rural agricultural background of the owner, because of this this we will support local food sources as much as possible when creating our menu and buying produce.
The perfect poached egg and ability to cut chive is an essential skill :)
Previous experience in a similar role will be extremely beneficial but not a requirement.
