Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Banbury, is looking to recruit a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its thriving Property Department. The Role
You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion while supporting the leadership of a busy and successful department.
Your work will include:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
-
New build property transactions
-
Shared ownership matters
-
Transfers of equity
-
Remortgages
-
Equity release transactions
-
First registrations
-
Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers and lenders

Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners and support staff

Assisting with compliance, CQS and Lexcel requirements

Supporting business development, networking and departmental growth
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:

5+ years' PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)

Strong experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently

Excellent technical knowledge of residential property law

Previous supervisory, mentoring or team leadership experience (desirable)

Strong client care and communication skills

Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development

Good understanding of AML, SRA, CQS and regulatory compliance
