An exciting opportunity has arisen and we’re now looking for a Full Time Field Operations Executive to join our team in Northern Ireland. The role will give you the opportunity to work with top high street retailers and supermarkets, working on behalf of some of the biggest brands in the world in the field of electronics, health and beauty and DIY.
Please note that this is a Full Time (5 days a week) permanent position and will involve travel across Northern Ireland and sometimes Ireland, therefore flexibility is required. There could be occasional overnight stays, and occasional out of hours work.
Role Responsibilities
· Changing visuals and moving parts around according to new planograms.
· Updating light-box graphics and point of sale in retail stores.
· Replacing marketing materials and point of sale (POS) in high street retail stores.
· Store audits.
· Reporting damage to retail store stands and displays.
· Uninstalling outdated mobile phone displays and replacing with new display mobile phones.
· Using your initiative to problem solve and suggest resolutions when encountering challenges.
· Ensuring clear, regular, and detailed app-based reports.
· Ability to illustrate strong time management and prioritisation of skills. This business is extremely busy and fast paced. It is critical that the successful candidate can work at speed and manage workload effectively to achieve resourcing requirements.
The Person
The successful candidate will:
· Come from a retail background.
· Have merchandising experience.
· Have excellent customer service experience and skills.
· Have excellent communication skills.
· Attention to detail – be methodical on site to ensure we deliver the best, first time.
· Be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
· Clean driving license.
· Be able to work at speed and manage workload effectively.
· Be willing to travel.
· Comfortable inputting simple reporting via App based system.
The Package
· Annual salary of £26,000 per year.
· 20 annual leave days + customary holidays.
· Company van and fuel card.
· Company phone.
· £5 daily lunch allowance.
· Expenses paid on receipt.
· Training where applicable.
