We're recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist door company based in Leeds that's continuing to grow. They are looking for a Garage/Entrance Door Installer to join their friendly and experienced team. Whether you're already installing garage doors or have experience in carpentry, joinery, construction, engineering, automatic doors, or window and door fitting, we'd love to hear from you. If you've got the right attitude and transferable skills, full product training will be provided.
The Role
Working alongside experienced installers, you'll be installing high-quality garage doors and entrance doors at residential properties across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of products while delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Install and maintain garage doors, composite, steel, and aluminium entrance doors
- Work as part of an experienced installation team
- Assist with loading vehicles, deliveries, and site preparation
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every installation
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
- Represent the company professionally in customers' homes
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience in a relevant trade such as construction, carpentry, joinery, engineering, door or window installation, or similar
- Previous construction industry experience
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, motivated, and hardworking with a positive attitude
Desirable
- CSCS Card
- Qualification in fenestration or a related trade
- Experience working in customer-facing environments
