Receptionist
Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and enquiries, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.

Manage a busy front-of-house environment, ensuring all visitors receive a positive experience.

Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries, directing them efficiently to the appropriate departments.

Manage visitor registrations, access passes and security procedures in line with company policies.
-
Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with health, safety and security requirements.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and courier services.
-
Prepare meeting rooms, refreshments and equipment for internal and external meetings.

Maintain high standards of presentation across reception, meeting rooms and communal areas.

Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies, placing orders when required.

Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, document management and general office administration.

Support the Customer Relations team and wider business with additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
Knowledge and Skills
-
Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Customer Service or Administrative role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly and approachable manner.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively within a team and support multiple business functions.
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office systems.

Ability to remain calm, professional and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
-
Proactive and flexible approach with a strong customer service focus.
-
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider business.
