Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Admin to join our purchasing team. The Role will take ownership of sourcing and purchasing inventory based on stock levels, sales forecasts, and product demand. A core part of this role involves utilizing advanced Excel and data analysis techniques to compile purchasing metrics, optimize inventory flow, and provide structured reports to support procurement decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Buyer or Purchasing Admin (preferably within Ethnic Food Wholesaler)
- Languages: Fluency in both English and Turkish is required.
- Advanced Excel Skills : Must be highly proficient in data manipulation, reporting, and analytical functions to build and maintain purchasing reports.
Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
