The casual Swimming Instructor role is based at Montsaye Community Sports Centre part of Montsaye Academy.

Job Purpose
The role of a casual Swimming Instructor is to deliver swimming lessons to adults and children using the swimming pool facility. You are to present a positive image of Montsaye Academy and the Sports Centre through courteous public contact and the efficient and effective completion of swimming lessons.
What you will be doing:
To plan, prepare and deliver swimming lessons ensuring adherence to the scheme of work and lesson plans
To deliver safe and enjoyable lessons to both adults and children
Identify participants'' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential
To carry out assessments on individuals that you teach via the CoursePro app
Correct faults in swimming techniques and identify ways to improve performance
