*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to oversee our establishment in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, leadership, and team management, ensuring the smooth operation of our bar.
*Duties*
- Manage day-to-day bar and Off sales operations, including staff supervision and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Oversee stock control and ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance bar revenue and customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor bar staff on service standards and product knowledge
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory or management role within a bar environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
