Location and Shift: Sellafield, Seascale | Full-time | 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 7am to 3pm

We're looking for a Team Leader – Workplace Services who can manage a small team delivering accommodation services, furniture installations and office moves, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service across all tasks.
- Manage and coordinate a team of operatives, ensuring all work orders are completed accurately and on time
- Oversee day-to-day schedules generated through Archibus, maintaining productivity and efficiency
- Ensure all accommodation services, furniture installations and office moves are delivered to required standards
- Maintain strong communication with office-based teams to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations
- Promote a “right first time” approach while working in line with health & safety legislation and workplace KPIs
- Full, clean UK driving licence with C1 (essential)
- Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven organisational and people management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems effectively
- Physically capable of undertaking manual and potentially strenuous tasks
- Some maintenance experience would be desirable.
