What you will be doing
Assessing new patients for nursing care in their own homes, creating and evaluating care plans.
Undertaking skilled nursing care for a devolved caseload with support of the District Nurse
Support the District Nurse with leading the team on a day to day basis
Our core service hours are 8am – 6pm, 7 days per week.
