Well, now is the time because, here at Springfield Healthcare, we are expanding our live-in care service across the Humber, Yorkshire and the North East.
Our live-in carers choose their own rotation, this could be one week on, one week off or two weeks on, two weeks off. Prefer a longer placement? Just ask!
You`ll be supporting one of our customers in their own home for this period, which will allow you to build a connection and support the customer with their care needs and daily routine. You will settle in your private room overnight but be on hand if support is needed.
We will cover your breaks daily and ensure that you have 24 hour support from our managers and on call team so you feel fully supported to best care for our customers.
Some of our customers have life limiting conditions such as neurological disorders or spinal injuries and require more complex care. Our complex carers have support from our Clinical Services Lead and will receive a higher rate of pay for their skills and expertise.
You will need at least one year’s relevant care experience in the UK, a compassionate soul and a sense of humour!
