Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented End of Tenancy Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning rental properties at the end of tenancy periods, ensuring they meet the highest standards for move-in readiness. Your efforts will help tenants, landlords, and property managers leave or receive properties in pristine condition, contributing to our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential or commercial rental units, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Remove all debris, dust, and stains to restore properties to a spotless condition
- Ensure all appliances, fixtures, and fittings are cleaned and functioning properly
- Follow detailed checklists to guarantee all areas meet end-of-tenancy standards
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results
- Report any damages or maintenance issues discovered during cleaning to management
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency throughout each cleaning assignment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Experience working in hotels or with property management companies is advantageous
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques for residential and commercial spaces
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Nice-to-have skills include cooking (for property preparation), customer service experience, and familiarity with hotel or hospitality standards
