1. Context
Lambeth is delivering a neighbourhood-based model of integrated care through Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs), bringing together professionals across primary care, community health, mental health, social care, and voluntary and community sector (VCSE) organisations.
Each neighbourhood supports a defined population and works collaboratively to deliver proactive, coordinated, and person-centred care.
The Neighbourhood Administrator provides essential administrative and coordination support to enable the effective functioning of the INT, supporting multidisciplinary working and operational delivery across organisations.
2. Job Purpose
The Neighbourhood Administrator will provide comprehensive and high-quality administrative support to the Neighbourhood Operations Manager and wider Integrated Neighbourhood Team.
The postholder will:
· Support the coordination of MDT meetings and neighbourhood activities
· Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data
· Provide administrative support across a range of operational functions
· Ensure effective communication and organisation across the team
The role requires good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-agency environment.
3. Key Responsibilities
3.1 Administrative Support
· Provide general administrative support to the INT
· Manage diaries, inboxes, and meeting arrangements as required
· Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
· Maintain filing systems (electronic and shared drives) ensuring information is accessible and up to date
3.2 MDT Coordination
· Arrange MDT meetings, including booking venues/virtual links and coordinating attendance
· Prepare and circulate agendas and meeting papers
· Take accurate minutes and maintain action logs
· Follow up on actions to support delivery
3.3 Data and Reporting Support
· Support collection and collation of activity and performance data
· Maintain simple trackers, spreadsheets, and logs
· Assist in preparing routine reports and updates
· Ensure data is entered accurately and in a timely manner
3.4 Communication and Coordination
· Act as a point of contact for administrative queries within the neighbourhood team
· Support communication between team members and partner organisations
· Assist in organising meetings, events, and engagement activities
· Ensure information is shared appropriately and in a timely manner
3.5 Governance and Compliance
· Maintain accurate records in line with organisational policies
· Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
· Support compliance with:
o Information governance requirements
o Data protection regulations
· Assist with audit and record-keeping processes as required
3.6 Digital and Systems Support
· Use standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams, shared drives) effectively
· Input and maintain data on systems as required
· Support basic use of digital tools within the team
3.7 Service Improvement
· Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes
· Support implementation of new processes or systems
· Contribute to team discussions on improving efficiency
