Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at OX.
You will play a crucial role in assisting the Sous and Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and in creating memorable dining experiences to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
*Wednesday to Saturday (Avg 40 hours per week)
*Closed Easter week, July fortnight, Christmas fortnight
*Promotional opportunities within the team
* 3 days off, 4 days on
* 32K per annum plus service charge
-Skills:
- Proven experience or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
