Duties
- Greet guests, visitors, and clients with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a warm first impression
- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization to uphold a welcoming environment
- Assist with scheduling appointments, reservations, or room bookings as needed
- Provide information about services, amenities, or local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence to keep front desk operations running smoothly
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk roles is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage
- Demonstrated proficiency in phone etiquette and guest services to ensure positive interactions
