Job Summary:
Lloyds Spar Quarries have been part of the construction industry for over 80 years.
We are seeking a reliable and responsible bagging operative to join our team. We bag sand and aggregates for the construction industry. Full training will be given.
You will also help load vehicle's with FLT.
Order picking using FLT and some hand balling of bags, and general yard duties.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the bagging plant including the computerised automatic plant.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Assist with yard duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Fork lift licence
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required - Maximum 20/25KG
- Strong attention to detail
Own transport is essential due to location.
Hours Monday - Thursday 7am -5pm, Friday finish 4:30pm, Saturday overtime when required, usually 7am-12pm.
Overtime rate paid over 40 hours.
