Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to grow sales? We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and commercially minded individual to join our Customer Services team.
This is an exciting and varied role where you'll build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, branches, and colleagues across the business. You'll play a key role in delivering excellent service, managing product ranges, and driving sales growth across our range products.
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, spotting opportunities, and going the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service while helping to develop our business.
The Role
Ø Deliver outstanding customer service through telephone, email, and other communication channels.
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Ø Process customer orders accurately using our IT systems.
Ø Respond promptly to customer, branch, and sales representative enquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
Ø Provide quotations, price updates, delivery information, and product advice.
Ø Proactively follow up quotations to secure sales and gather customer feedback.
Ø Coordinate orders with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.
Ø Manage customer accounts and help ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
Ø Support stock management across branches, including ordering fertiliser and lime and coordinating full-load deliveries.
Ø Keep customer information and pricing systems accurate and up to date.
Ø Support colleagues across the Customer Services team by providing cover when required.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service or sales support role. You'll have excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service, while always looking for opportunities to support customers and grow sales.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in customer service role
- Experience in agriculture, farming or agricultural products

Pay: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
