Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Parts & Service advisor, working for a family run business, as part of a happy and friendly team.
This job is based at our Subaru, Isuzu & GWM dealership in Kirriemuir and the successful applicant will be working over many different areas of the business.
The successful applicant will be a general all-round business ambassador and team player!
A snapshot of what the job entails:
- First point of contact within the business when answering the telephone
- Responding to e-mail enquires and enquiries through our DMS portal
- Assisting the Service, Parts, and Vehicle Rental teams where required
- Moving vehicles in and around our premises, also collect and deliver vehicles
- Local parts deliveries when required
- Working closely with workshop team to achieve goals
- Accurate communication between workshop & parts team.
- Meeting and greeting customers, with a cheerful and welcoming manner
- Dealing with customers, listening to their queries and handling accordingly
- Estimating vehicle repair costs within the workshop and contacting customers
- Keeping high cleanliness and tidiness of reception areas, as per dealer standards
- General franchise documentation processing
- Scheduling appointments
