Airbnb Housekeeper – Part-Time
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon & surrounding areas
Hours: 15 - 25 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Airbnb Housekeeper to join our serviced accommodation team, looking after a portfolio of high-quality short-term rental properties across Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding areas.
This is a permanent part-time position working 15 - 25 hours per week across Monday, Friday and Sunday.
The Role
You will be responsible for preparing our properties between guest stays and ensuring they are consistently presented to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and preparing Airbnb and serviced accommodation properties between bookings
- Making beds and presenting bedrooms to a professional standard
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
- Replenishing guest supplies and amenities
- Checking properties for damage, maintenance issues or missing items
- Reporting any problems to the management team
- Ensuring properties are fully guest-ready ahead of check-in
- Working efficiently to meet changeover deadlines
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Previous Airbnb, holiday let or serviced accommodation cleaning experience
- A full driving licence
- Access to their own vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas
- Availability to work Monday, Friday and Sunday
- Immediate availability to start
- Excellent attention to detail
- A reliable and professional approach to work
