The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Along with your natural charisma and first class service you’ll be consistent, reliable and excited to be a key part of leading and developing a happy and supportive team. You’ll be willing to learn new things and embrace new ways of managing and inspiring people.
You will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for assisting them with the smooth day-to-day operations of the venue and developing the team to deliver exceptional service for all our guests.
You’ll bring:
· Previous experience in a management or supervisory role
· Strong leadership and people skills
· Hands-on experience with tills, booking systems, and Canva design work
· A sharp eye for detail and high standards
· A positive, can-do attitude
