Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mechanic Tutor to inspire and guide aspiring mechanics in developing their technical skills and knowledge.
The aim of this role is to deliver engaging, practical, and personalised motor vehicle training to young learners aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The Mechanic Tutor will support learners to develop vocational skills, confidence, and resilience through hands-on learning in a structured and nurturing environment. The post-holder will help students re-engage with education by linking learning to real-world contexts and future employment opportunities.
The role requires a trauma-informed, inclusive approach, supporting learners to regulate behaviour, build positive relationships, and achieve meaningful progression.
Pay: £9,200.00 per year
