Part-Time Front of House Server / Dessert Artist – Caramello Didsbury

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and hardworking Front of House Server / Dessert Aritist to join our team at Caramello Didsbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, creating beautiful desserts and delivering memorable experiences for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience preparing desserts, including pancakes, smoothies and mocktails, with a passion for presentation, quality and customer service.
Barista experience would be desirable but is not essential, as full training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting our signature desserts, including pancakes, and dessert creations to a high standard
- Making smoothies, milkshakes and mocktails following Caramello recipes and presentation guidelines
- Preparing hot and cold drinks (barista experience desirable)
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service
- Taking customer orders accurately and confidently explaining menu items
- Delivering food and drinks to tables with excellent presentation
- Ensuring customers have an enjoyable and memorable experience
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
- Restocking ingredients and completing daily preparation tasks
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous experience in a dessert kitchen or hospitality environment
- Is confident making pancakes, smoothies and mocktails
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in presentation
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Can remain calm and organised during busy periods
- Is reliable, punctual and passionate about customer service
