We're looking for an ambitious childcare professional who's ready to take the next step into management through a structured 6 to 8 week Trainee Registered Manager programme, working alongside our experienced senior management team.
You'll be joining an already established and fully operational children's home, meaning you can focus on learning, developing and building your confidence without the added pressure of opening a brand new service.
From day one, you'll receive hands on mentoring, tailored training and ongoing support, giving you everything you need to become a successful Registered Manager.
It's an exciting time to join us. As part of our continued growth, we're currently in the process of opening two additional children's homes in the local area, creating genuine opportunities for future career progression. For the right individual, there will also be the potential to progress into dual registration, should that be a route you wish to pursue.

We're looking for someone who
- Has experience working within residential childcare
- Is passionate about achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people
- Has strong leadership qualities and is ready to develop into a Registered Manager
- Understands safeguarding and the Children's Homes Regulations
- Is organised, motivated and eager to learn
- Holds, or is working towards, a relevant Level 5 qualification in Residential Childcare Leadership and Management, or is willing to work towards it

Experience:
- Residential Childcare: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (required)
- DBS On Update System (required)
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards (required)
