About the role
Reporting to Housekeeping Manager and Deputy Housekeeping Manager, you will be a key part of our housekeeping team, helping ensure our guests enjoy spotless, comfortable rooms and welcoming public spaces. Duties include:
- Cleaning guest rooms, corridors, bathrooms and public areas to IHG standard
- Changing linens, towels, beds, making beds
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing surfaces
- Restocking guest amenities (e.g., tea, coffee, toiletries)
- Reporting maintenance issues or lost property
- Following strict health, safety and COSHH cleaning procedure
What We’re Looking
- A keen eye for detail and pride in high cleanliness standards
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a helpful demeanour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness—able to lift, bend, carry linen trolleys, etc.
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but not essential

Working hours

- Late Shift 16:00-21:00
