About the Role:
Bell is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in our East Midlands office. You will oversee a range of planned works projects from inception to completion. Your role will include pricing tenders, managing costs, reporting, and subcontractor administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, price, and evaluate tenders for planned works.
- Manage projects from start to finish, identifying opportunities to improve margin.
- Provide cost management, CVR reporting, and forecasting.
- Risk management
- Administer sub-contractor accounts and applications for payment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience with Planned Maintenance works
- Usage of NHF coding system
- Strong numeracy and financial management
- Excel fluent
- Experience raising and dealing with valuations, payment notices and invoices
- Ability to work independently and within a team, managing both direct and subcontract labour.
