Hours: Term time only – 31 hours with an additional 2 hours in our breakfast club, totalling 33 hours per week:

Qualifications required:
- Working at national occupational standards (NOS) in Supporting Teaching and Learning (core and relevant optional units as required) reflected in the level 2 NVQ and Level 2 certificate in supporting teaching and learning on the Qualification and Credit Framework or equivalent relevant qualification.
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent Grade 4) passes in English and Maths
The Governing Body at Cavendish Close Infant and Nursery School are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team to assist in the delivery of high-quality learning opportunities, promoting child development.

The successful candidate will be expected to work with teachers to organise and support teaching and learning activities. They will help to deliver a broad, well balanced and stimulating curriculum, to plan and prepare exciting activities to meet the needs of our children.
You will hold a recognised teaching assistant qualification or an equivalent level of qualification, have Teaching Assistant experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to support learning and development at an exceptional level.
