Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a calmer, better-supported nursing home role?
Our Nursing Home in Selby is looking for an RGN or RMN to join the team on full-time day shifts.
The home maintains strong staffing levels, helping nurses work safely, complete medication rounds properly and spend more meaningful time with residents.
You will join a settled team with clear routines, supportive colleagues and an experienced Home Manager who is present, approachable and available when needed.

As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care
- Complete medication rounds accurately
- Carry out clinical assessments
- Create and update care plans
- Maintain clear and accurate records
- Monitor changes in residents’ health
- Support and guide care staff
- Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
- Promote dignity, independence and choice
What we are looking for
- Valid UK NMC PIN
- RGN or RMN qualification
- Good clinical knowledge and judgement
- Confidence with medication management
Previous nursing home or dementia care experience is preferred, but not essential for the right nurse.
