Rates of Pay
18–20 years: £11.00/hr (£12 after 3 months)
21+ years: £13.00/hr (£14 after 3 months)
Weekly pay available after probation
Contracts Available
Full‑time – 40 hours
Part‑time – 12 or 16 hours
Bank – flexible working

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support adults with learning disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives in their own home and community. Your compassion will help them grow in confidence, enjoy their hobbies, build relationships, and feel empowered every single day.
You’ll be:
- Encouraging independence and personal growth
- Supporting people to access their community and activities
- Creating moments of joy, comfort and achievement
