From September 2026 Complete Careers needs additional capacity in all areas of its’ services. We are therefore advertising at least one full time post, or various part time posts to meet this need. Contract Duration: Twelve-month contract initially.
Job Purpose
To provide careers advice and guidance services to Lincolnshire learners in secondary education. To be organised to manage a caseload of local schools and academies. For the right candidate, there are opportunities to become involved in the full range of career development services we offer, as described on our website.
Personal Specification
· Experience of working with young people
· Ability to build a rapport with young people
· Natural caring and empowering attitude to support young people to recognise their potential
· Have a full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points and own transport
· Have a minimum of Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification (consideration will be given to exceptional candidates currently engaged in training or those trained in careers to level 4 and willing to upskill to level 6)
· Already be/be eligible to be on the CDI professional register (or to be on the pathway towards)
· Be up to date with current safe-guarding and confidentiality practices for working with young people, including vulnerable learners
· Have the right to work in the UK
