About Us:
Appleby Manor Hotel & Garden Spa, a family-owned luxury hotel in the stunning Lake District, is looking for a dedicated Spa Cleaner to join our team. With a world-class Garden Spa offering premium treatments, we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. We are seeking someone reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining a pristine environment.
The Role:
As a Spa Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for keeping our spa facilities in top condition. You will be working around our opening hours, with the option to choose morning shifts starting from 7.30am-9.30am or evening shifts after closure (around 5.30/6pm onwards until around 8pm), giving you the flexibility to choose the hours that suit you best.
This part-time role involves approximately 8-12 hours per week, with shifts scheduled on a rota basis. Some weekend shifts will be required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Service and clean the spa treatment rooms and public areas, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards.
- Remove refuse and miscellaneous debris to maintain a clean environment.
- Clean floors by washing and vacuuming, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Dust and polish furnishings, including furniture and glass surfaces to maintain a polished look.
- Restock supplies and ensure housekeeping materials are ready for use.
- Maintain equipment by following operating instructions, troubleshooting issues, and calling for repairs when needed.
- Ensure the spa area remains a safe, secure, and clean environment by following all health and safety guidelines.
